Returns & Exchanges

At Peppermayo, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like a store credit with a bonus top-up or a refund to your original payment method for eligible full-priced garments.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your parcel off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and issue your credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
